Audit-Ready Documentation: Strong capability to prepare clean, structured financial data and confidently act as the primary interface for external auditors and the German tax office (Finanzamt).
What We offer
Benefit from a generous allocation of 30 days of annual paid leave, significantly exceeding the statutory minimum requirements.
Access versatile transportation options, including a subsidized Deutschland-Ticket (Job-Ticket) for public transit or a Job-Bike leasing arrangement.
Enjoy daily meal support through lunch vouchers or access to our subsidized on-site dining facilities.

- 5+ years of progressive professional experience in financial accounting, ideally within an international corporate environment or a "Big 4" / reputable auditing firm.
- Profound, up-to-date knowledge of the German Commercial Code (HGB) and German tax law. Strong working proficiency in IFRS or US GAAP is required.
- Deep hands-on experience with modern ERP systems—ideally SAP FI, Oracle, or DATEV (highly common for local compliance). Excellent command of MS Excel.
- Professional fluency in both German and English is non-negotiable (German is essential for reading local tax codes and dealing with the Finanzamt; English is needed for group reporting).
