Das ist zu tun
  • Mitwirkung an der Konzeption, dem Design und der technischen Entwicklung von Batteriezellen unter Berücksichtigung des Projektumfangs, der Projektziele und des Zeitplans
  • Vorantreiben der Entwicklung und Weiterentwicklung von Batteriezellen-Prototypen (vom A-Muster bis zur Serienfertigung) unter Gewährleistung der Erfüllung der Leistungs-, Sicherheits- und Herstellbarkeitsziele
  • Durchführung eingehender Bewertungen von Lithium-Ionen-, Post-Lithium-Ionen- und Zellchemien und -technologien der nächsten Generation, um skalierbare Lösungen zu identifizieren
  • Festlegung von Anforderungen und Testplänen auf Zellebene, Bewertung von Designspezifikationen (thermisch, mechanisch, chemisch), Leistungskennzahlen und Sicherheitsstandards
  • Bewertung und Integration von Zellchemien der nächsten Generation (z. B. Li-Ionen, Festkörper) in die Technologie-Roadmap

Über uns
Seit 2019 entwickelt das Hero Tech Center Germany innovative  Konzepte für den weltgrößten Zweiradhersteller Hero Motocorp Limited aus  Indien. An unserem Standort in Stephanskirchen, Rosenheim sind wir ein  60-köpfiges Team aus 12 Nationalitäten, dass einen Einfluss auf die Mobilität der Zukunft hat, indem es den Mutterkonzern in Indien mit neuen Technologien und innovativen Fahrzeugkonzepten unterstützt und Neuentwicklungen vom Konzept bis zur Serienentwicklung betreut. Hierbei decken wir mit unseren Bereichen Vehicle Engineering & Development, Electrical Development und Advanced Styling, viele Bereiche der Entwicklung eines Zweirads ab. Dabei ist unsere Besonderheit, dass die Ingenieure für Chassis und Body direkt neben den Designern des Advanced Styling sitzen und somit sehr kurze Abstimmungswege vorhanden sind. 
Auch die Elektromobilität kommt bei uns nicht zur kurz und wird ebenfalls von Beginn mit gutem Anforderungsmanagement über eine interne Batterie- und Zellentwicklung bis zum elektrischen Antriebsstrang und Testing abgedeckt.

What to do
  • Contribute to the conceptualization, design, and engineering of battery cells, ensuring alignment with project scope, objectives, and timelines
  • Drive the development and refinement of battery cell prototypes (A-Sample to series production), ensuring performance, safety, and manufacturability targets are met
  • Conduct in-depth evaluations of Li-ion, post-Li-ion, and next-generation cell chemistries and technologies to identify scalable solutions
  • Establish requirements and test plans at the cell level, evaluating design specifications (thermal, mechanical, chem.), performance metrics and safety standards
  • Evaluate and integrate next-generation cell chemistries (e.g., Li-ion, solid-state) into the technology roadmap

About us
Since 2019, Hero Tech Center Germany has been developing innovative concepts for the world's largest two-wheeler manufacturer Hero Motocorp Limited from India. At our location in Stephanskirchen, Rosenheim, we are a 60-strong team from 12 nationalities that has an impact on the mobility of the future by supporting the parent company in India with new technologies and innovative vehicle concepts and overseeing new developments from concept to series development. With our Vehicle Engineering & Development, Electrical Development and Advanced Styling divisions, we cover many areas of two-wheeler development. Our special feature is that the engineers for the chassis and body sit directly next to the designers of the Advanced Styling and thus have very short coordination paths. 
Electromobility is not neglected by us either and is also covered from the beginning with good requirements management to internal battery and cell development to the electric drive train and testing.
