Das ist zu tun
  • Aufgaben der Kreditoren- und Anlagenbuchhaltung
  • Sicherstellung der zeitnahen und akkuraten Abarbeitung aller Buchhaltungsaufgaben
  • Mithilfe bei der Erstellung der Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresberichte nach HGB und IFRS
  • Er- und Überarbeitung der Arbeitsabläufe im Rechnungswesen
  • Überwachung der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung und der Abweichungsanalyse
  • Verantwortung der offenen Posten inklusive des Kassenbestands
  • Kontrolle laufender Projektkosten
  • Ansprechpartner für alle Buchhaltungsfragen des Managements, der Wirtschaftsprüfer und externer Agenturen
  • Verantwortung der Reisekosten und Kreditkartenabrechnung
Das bringst du mit
  • abgeschlossene Ausbildung, Bachelor- oder Masterabschluss im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft
  • 2-3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Finanzen und Buchhaltung
  • Selbstständigkeit
  • Verantwortungsbewusstsein

  • Gute Kenntnisse von DATEV und Excel

Über uns
Seit 2019 entwickelt das Hero Tech Center Germany innovative  Konzepte für den weltgrößten Zweiradhersteller Hero Motocorp Limited aus  Indien. An unserem Standort in Stephanskirchen, Rosenheim sind wir ein  60-köpfiges Team aus 12 Nationalitäten, dass einen Einfluss auf die Mobilität der Zukunft hat, indem es den Mutterkonzern in Indien mit neuen Technologien und innovativen Fahrzeugkonzepten unterstützt und Neuentwicklungen vom Konzept bis zur Serienentwicklung betreut. Hierbei decken wir mit unseren Bereichen Vehicle Engineering & Development, Electrical Development und Advanced Styling, viele Bereiche der Entwicklung eines Zweirads ab. Dabei ist unsere Besonderheit, dass die Ingenieure für Chassis und Body direkt neben den Designern des Advanced Styling sitzen und somit sehr kurze Abstimmungswege vorhanden sind. 
Auch die Elektromobilität kommt bei uns nicht zur kurz und wird ebenfalls von Beginn mit gutem Anforderungsmanagement über eine interne Batterie- und Zellentwicklung bis zum elektrischen Antriebsstrang und Testing abgedeckt.

What to do
  • Accounts payable and fixed asset accounting tasks
  • Ensuring the timely and accurate processing of all accounting tasks
  • Assisting in the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual reports according to HGB and IFRS
  • Developing and revising accounting workflows
  • Monitoring the profit and loss account and variance analysis
  • Responsibility for open items including cash on hand
  • Control of current project costs
  • Contact person for all accounting questions of the management, the auditors and external agencies
  • Responsibility for travel expenses and credit card accounting
Skills you bring with you
  • Completed education, Bachelor's or Master's degree in the field of business administration
  • 2-3 years of professional experience in finance and accounting

About us
Since 2019, Hero Tech Center Germany has been developing innovative concepts for the world's largest two-wheeler manufacturer Hero Motocorp Limited from India. At our location in Stephanskirchen, Rosenheim, we are a 60-strong team from 12 nationalities that has an impact on the mobility of the future by supporting the parent company in India with new technologies and innovative vehicle concepts and overseeing new developments from concept to series development. With our Vehicle Engineering & Development, Electrical Development and Advanced Styling divisions, we cover many areas of two-wheeler development. Our special feature is that the engineers for the chassis and body sit directly next to the designers of the Advanced Styling and thus have very short coordination paths. 
Electromobility is not neglected by us either and is also covered from the beginning with good requirements management to internal battery and cell development to the electric drive train and testing.
